SOUND HEALING SOIRÉES

Sound Healing: an explanation

• Crystal Singing Bowls are sound healing instruments of the quantum realm, made only with the highest grade of quartz crystal which is guaranteed to be over 99.99% pure.

• My bowls are tuned to 528Hz, the tuning of Unconditional Love and DNA repair, and are infused with minerals and precious metals such as Rose Quartz, Platinum, and Gold.

• The unique blend of alchemical qualities invoke the essence of the sacred feminine to support deeper embodiment of love, compassion and patience, as well as clarity, courageous self-expression, transformation and positive growth.

• My set offers soothing, balancing vibratory frequencies which entrain deep self-healing for the environment, individual and collective; and encourage rooted alignment with the authentic self.

• I work specifically with the root (C), sacral (D), solar plexus (E), throat (G) and third eye (A) chakras (one specific bowl for each) which together open and activate the heart chakra, as well as balancing the entirety of the body.

Sound Healing Soirées: what to expect

• Sound Healing Soirées are magical, mystical and transcendental. You can expect to experience deep relaxation and meditation as you are immersed in the soothing frequencies and vibrations of the bowls.

• Each session starts with an energetic cleanse (with palo santo or sage) before setting an intention and/or reflective journaling. This may be accompanied by some breathwork or some somatic movement to start, depending on the energy of the group.

• We then embark on the sound journey: the focus of the soirée. This lasts between 45-75 mins depending on the length of the session.

• Once the sound journey is complete, I share any guidance that has come through. This will occasionally include pulling tarot cards for further clarification or guidance, if required.
